BMI can be used for population assessment of overweight and obesity. Because calculation requires only height and weight, it is inexpensive and easy to use for clinicians and for the general public. BMI can be used as a screening tool for body fatness but is not diagnostic.

Instructions for use

BMI is calculated the same way for both adults and children. The calculation is based on the following formulas:

Formula: weight (kg) / [height (m)]2

Please follow the steps below to calculate the BMI:

1.Measure your height in m
Take your weight in kg

2.Turn the turnplate on the BMI tape measure according to your weight and height.

3.And then you will get the correct BMI.

Example: Weight = 50 kg, Height = 1.6m, BMI is 19.53

Although we try to get your tape measure to you as fast as humanly possible, please don’t order tape measure less than 48 hours before you need it! It's always best to give yourself at least a 3 week cushion before you need it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.

We always ship from warehouses located in USA or China. USA customers orders always ship out from USA. unless there is no stock, we will ship out from China. Other country orders will ship out from China. The warehouse of USA, we offer express shipping, if you are urgent to your order, you could pay extra $20 for this shipment, it usually took 2-8 day to arrive.
